Scrapers for hydraulic
SCRAPER RINGS
The presence of impurities in the hydraulic fluids can cause serious damage to the components of the hydraulic systems, in particular to the guide systems and to the gaskets. The purpose of the scraper rings, now used in all cylinders (including pneumatic ones) is to prevent the entry of dust and mud through the clearance between the rod and the cylinder head. The range available includes:
- scraping rings in SEALPUR 93 extremely resistant to abrasion type SA - SAG
- scrapers in nitrile rubber also with external armor or coated with elastomer
- scraper rings in two different versions made of bronze filled PTFE and energized by O-RING
- bidirectional scrapers type SAB
All these sealing elements are gradually replacing the seals in nitrile rubber due to the typical property of polyurethane to resist wear even in the absence of lubrication.
