What is quality?
It is the set of all those features that give a product or a service the ability to meet the expressed needs.
SiXten srl has always pursued the full satisfaction of its customers by carrying out its business activities.
Through the development of a quality management system it is proposed to refine the processes, establishing the work and communication methods between the various functions, and to define the activities that govern the exchange of information between the customer and the company. It is therefore intended to pursue the following objectives:
a) Guarantee the full satisfaction of our customers by putting our long experience in the sector at their service in order to identify - and therefore satisfy - all their needs
b) Bring SiXten to be a point of reference in the sector of gaskets and sealing systems, increasing their professionalism and competitiveness.
c) Constantly improving the range of products and services offered, studying and evaluating the innovations proposed by the sealing systems market.
Quality objectives, particular and verifiable in the medium term and interesting all the activities of the company and involving the various responsible functions, will from time to time be defined and verified during the review.
The modalities, with which to operationally activate for the pursuit of these objectives, are reported in the quality manual and in the process sheets.

Therefore, all employees, of any kind and degree, are invited to cooperate in the implementation and updating of the system and comply with the provisions contained in this manual, as well as in the form of a manual; in pertinent business processes.
