How it works MAKE TODAY®
STEP 1 - Technical Analysis.
We gather:
- profile or code of the existing seal
diameters and seats
type of movement (rod, piston, rotary, static)
We define the perfect profile for the application.
STEP 2 - Modeling and simulation
The SMS Seal software simulates:
- sleeve processing
correct positioning
any critical issues
The seal is validated before production.
STEP 3 - Immediate Production
The SML 500e CNC performs machining with millesimal precision.
Each part is then subjected to complete quality control.
MAKE TODAY® also allows you to make out-of-standard seals that are no longer available on the market or designed from scratch for special applications.
